Our stay at Farneholm in Beadnell was amazing! We got great value for our money with a beautiful room and stunning views of the sea. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and nearby amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The only improvement I suggest is to have a wider breakfast menu with more options to choose from.

The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the sea and easy access to the beach. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were clean and cozy, and we enjoyed watching the tide go in and out. Plus, there were plenty of resources in the nearby village, including a good pub and a small shop.
On arrival, there was a fishy smell in the living area, which was quite off-putting. the flooring throughout the house was scruffy and in need of an upgrade.

The location of Farneholm in Beadnell was absolutely stunning. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting with breathtaking views. The house itself may have been a bit tired, but it was exactly what we were looking for in terms of a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The double bed in the front bedroom was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. The shower was also great, providing a refreshing and invigorating experience. We appreciated the ample amount of crockery and kitchenware, even though we didn't end up cooking during our stay. The 5-minute walk to the flat beach with soft sand was a delightful bonus, and Beadnell Bay beach was a true hidden gem with its old-time charm. The well-stocked independent store just a 10-minute walk away was convenient, although its opening hours were a bit limited. Seahouses, just a short drive away, offered a variety of dining options and grocery shops.
While the house had a lot of potential, there were a few drawbacks. Additionally, some minor repairs to the property would have made a noticeable difference without much cost.

Stayed at Farneholm Villa and had an incredible experience. the location was perfect and offered stunning views. the couch was comfy, beds were clean, and towels were provided. the villa was well, equipped and even had a fan in the bedroom that we loved. the cozy lamps and throws made it feel like home. the owners were quick to respond to our requests for an early check, in and a small shower leak. We appreciated their promptness. the property had a beautiful garden and off, street parking, which were added bonuses. the beach was just a 10, minute walk away, and there was a pub, shop, and café within a 15, minute walk. we had a comfortable stay and would definitely visit again in the summer. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.

The location of the hotel was perfect! Being right across from the beach and having easy access to coastal towns was a major advantage. The views from the master bedroom were absolutely breathtaking, I could have stayed in that room forever. the property was clean, cozy, and well equipped, making our Christmas stay very comfortable.
There were a few things that could have been improved. The downstairs area of the hotel looked tired and could use a fresh coat of paint on the skirting boards and frames.
